UHPS6013-01     ASSESSMENT 1 WEEKLY REPORT   Lecturer :  DR. JAMILAH BINTI AHMAD   Prepared By: Sun Zhaokun    MHP221086   Reflection 1   Reflections on communication and conflict 11/12 The leadership of a leader is very important for the development and success of a business. In China, there is a saying: a incompetent general will work the three armies to death. This saying means that an unqualified leader will do great damage to the career. In this class, I learned a lot about communication, feedback, how to deal with conflicts and other issues. Effective communication will make the progress of a project twice the result with half the effort. What is effective communication?   What motivates you to work? The boss in the video uses a smoke screen to deflect employees' complaints about the working environment. As for the boss, he saved a lot of money, but the problem of the employee complaint was not solved, it was just transferred. 4.Overall Reflection

My perception of leadership theory Happy learning time in always feel short, a semester of course is over, the first class seems to be yesterday. The overall feeling of studying with Dr.Jamilah this semester is two words: fulfilled and happy. The content of this course is something I have never encountered before. Although I served as the monitor in college and assisted teachers with some simple class management, I often carried out class work based on my own feelings, without theoretical guidance or the consciousness of summarizing and reviewing. For a long time, my understanding of management was based on practice and self-awareness. This method not only lacks the guidance of scientific theory, but also is difficult to summarize experience as a system, which is very limited for their own improvement. In this course, Dr.Jamilah gives us a deep understanding of management theories. He not only teaches the theories, but also gives us a deep understanding of these theories through a
